1. Booking & Payments

1.1 All bookings must be confirmed by a deposit of 35% of the total tour cost.
1.2 The balance must be paid 01 days prior to the tour start date.
1.3 Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or through our online portal.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

2.1 Cancellations must be made in writing.
2.2 Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• 100% if canceled 04 days before departure.
• 30% if canceled 01 days before departure.
• No refund if canceled within 24 Hours of departure.
  2.3 Refunds will be processed within 05 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

3. Tour Modifications

3.1 We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather, natural disasters, or any unforeseen circumstances.
3.2 In case of such modifications, we will offer alternative options or a refund based on the circumstances.

4. Travel Insurance

4.1 We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential risks like cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.
4.2 Arugam Bay Travels and Safaris is not liable for any losses or damages not covered by insurance.

5. Liability

5.1 We strive to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests. However, Arugam Bay Travels and Safaris is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
5.2 Guests participate in our tours at their own risk, and it is their responsibility to follow the guidelines provided by our guides.

6. Health & Safety

6.1 Guests must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or physical limitations at the time of booking.
6.2 We reserve the right to refuse participation to individuals who may pose a risk to themselves or others.

7. Wildlife Safaris & Eco-Tours

7.1 Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed due to the unpredictability of animals in their natural habitat.
7.2 We adhere to strict eco-tourism principles and request that all guests follow the environmental guidelines provided during the tour.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved under Sri Lankan law.
